BRAINZO is run by Aryan Bansal, Bathinda, Punjab, India. By using it you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What BRAINZO is — and is not

BRAINZO is an AI study companion. It explains concepts, solves doubts and quizzes you. It is not a teacher, a coaching institute, or a guarantee of any exam result.

The AI gets things wrong. It can state a formula incorrectly, mis-solve a problem, or sound confident while being mistaken. Always check anything important against your textbook or a teacher before relying on it in an exam. We are not liable for marks lost by trusting an incorrect answer.

Who can use it

• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent. The tickbox at signup covers this — ticking it confirms that permission has been given. We do not ask your age or check it separately.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Fair use

Every AI answer costs us real money, so accounts have daily limits. These are set high enough that ordinary studying never hits them.

Do not:

• script, scrape or automate requests to the app
• resell access, or use it to run a service of your own
• upload anything illegal, or someone else's private information
• try to bypass the limits or the payment checks

We may suspend an account that does these things, without a refund.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, email us within 7 days of paying and we will refund you. Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Your content

Your notes, questions and doubt photos remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you. We do not use them to train AI models.

Availability

This is a small, independently run product. It may go down, and features may change or be removed. We will give notice for anything major, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Closing your account

Email albansal13@gmail.com and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of Bathinda, Punjab. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
